At Leka Melamine, we work hard to ensure your order is processed carefully and delivered as quickly as possible.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across South Africa.

For deliveries to other countries or neighbouring regions, please contact us directly before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is usually:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying or remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

Our standard delivery charges are as follows:

  • Free delivery nationwide on orders over R600
  • A flat delivery fee of R59 applies to orders from R200 to R599.99
  • A flat delivery fee of R99 applies to orders below R200

Any special delivery arrangements may be quoted separately if applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we may provide tracking details where available so you can follow your delivery status.

If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us and we will assist you.

6. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct and complete.

Leka Melamine will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • recipient unavailable at the time of delivery
  • restricted access to the delivery location
  • unexpected courier or transport delays

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If any item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the parcel and product(s)
  • a short description of the issue

We will review the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally happen due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather, public holidays, or service disruptions.
